Johannes Rau Minsk International Education Center (IBB Minsk), established in 1994, is a Belarusian-German organization with a unique infrastructure that pursues socially useful goals.
Based on the lessons of the past and being aware of the responsibility for the opportunities and quality of life of future generations, IBB Minsk:
- serves as the platform for multi-perspective and intersectoral dialogue for representatives of business, media, government and civil society
- organizes innovative educational programmes on a wide range of themes, including sustainable development, media literacy and a culture of memory
- seeks to develop an inclusive society without discrimination and xenophobia
