Since 2017, Avtomaidan Vinnychchyna has been tackling the topic of the forgotten victims of WWII on a regionla level. Namely, we study the history of Stalag 329 in Vinnytsia and stories of POW that lived in Vinnytsia before WWII. To search for them, we created an online database and are digitizing case files of the POW. Additionally, we study archival documents regarding the mentally ill of the Vinnytsia Psychiatric Hospital that have been killed during WWII. We have created a website, where we publish the stories of Ukrainians throughout history and encourage them to share their families' stories.
